How do you get access to medical in the reactor level?

There's just one door left on the reactor level and that's access to medical in the east of the map. Where/how do I get access to that? I'm just about to enter the code for the reactor so I'm quite far into the game already.

This is the door I'm talking about - I just can't figure out a way to get access to it and guides I've read seem to assume that the door is already open. Really could use some help on this one.

I even explored Cyberspace in that level again to see if I missed something there but no dice either.

I entered that chamber without no issues both in OG and remake.

My assumption is that you need the medical access card from the first lvl in order to open in.
Likely it is an optional keycard.

The reactor cyberspace unlocks the optional armory and maybe some other optional stuff.

Can't remember exactly right now but I think, maybe, that access card is found on another floor entierly. Reactor is also used for lategame and that room you're trying to enter is supposed to act as a helpful base of operations then.

The medical access card is found in the same area where you find the first cyberspace terminal in medical that terminal is optional and can be used to unlock the armory for the early magpulse rifle.

Yeah, that access card is pretty easy to miss, IMO. I was in that room several times and just didn't take much note of the shelf. The dead body in there caught my intention instead.

I assume you already know but sense around V1 cost little energy to maintain and will scan for items,audio logs etc.in around 10 meter radius and can be used to find loot easier.

V2 also detects enemies so you less likely to get ambushed and can see their positons more.

There is a fuse box puzzle opposite of the force field. Once you complete it, it opens. No cards required. It blends in so it's hard to see.
