Where is the yellow card in the Research level, to access Library?

Admin security (I think that was the name) down the hall from the door to the library.

It was either on the counter or the cyborg drone that's in there.

Yeah, the security room down the hallway from the library had a special magnum-wielding "officer" cyborg in it. That cyborg's corpse (assuming you've killed him) should have the card you need.

If you blow any enemy up, or gib them, then their inventory should fall on the ground where they died as pickups

It is admin security carried by a cyborg drone and also on the nearby desk.

I believe it's the one you can see to the left of the cyborg.

It glitched into the floor for me, I had a hell of a time finding it. Look for the yellow light on the floor, its how I finally found it.
