Healing pod in use?

Im currently on the research level and went back to medical to heal, and the healing pod says "In use" and is all green and I cant open it? Am I screwed? restarting didnt fix

Why is there even an 'in use' state for this machine? Can the enemies use them? If not then what the heck?

Had that bug with the Reactor bed.

It's for when you don't completely kill an enemy and they run off to the nearest healing pod

Just happened to me as well in the Reactor area. I have an older save game which doesn't show that bug but loading that would wipe out a decent amount of progress... hmm...

it would drag the come on for too long, you can infinitely respawn or just quick load
