Possible soft lock at interface demodulator part

Hi, I'm at the part where I have to swap out the broken demodulator with a new one, however I'm 99% sure the game bugged out and there's no broken demodulator to swap. I went throug the 3 wings multiple times, checked every node but I can't find it. I didn't want to look things up but I had to in this case, saw on a video how it should look with the ERROR message and all but I can't find it at all. Am I just blind and/or dumb or did the game just decided to ♥♥♥♥ me over?

There are four wings, each at a cardinal point. To get in the West Wing you have to crawl through a vent in the same room as the machine that tells you what to do. It might also be because you need to follow these steps:

-go to the diagnosis machine to know the code to feed into the other machine, mine was 428 I think
-Enter that code in the keypad which is roughly north west, in a room next to the faulty recharge station
-that will tell you that you need to replace the interface demodulator
-go and find the one which says "Error" as you saw, right click replace it with the one you have in your inventory.

I did all of this, got the code, went to the machine, it told me to replace the thingy, got a working one went through all 3 wings probably 5 times but still can't find the broken relay. I'll restart the game and go again, maybe I'm just blind.

He has been to all three wings, this isn't hard to understand. Obviously the game must be bugged.

Confirmed, I'm blind, mabe it's fatigue setting in. I just saw that the wings are Beta, Gamma and Delta. I haven't been to Apha. Disregard all I said.

My dumbass failed to ackgnowledge that there were 4 wings, not 3. Kiros was right.

Ah, good to know you just missed it and it wasn't a bug. I did one worse, when I hacked the cyberspace terminal in the library on research and it said "obtained security override code" for some reason I thought it would be in my logs, not on a screen right next to the terminal. Also missed a couple of very obvious buttons in the middle of rooms.
