Ragdolls are glitchy still
Shooting is pretty much the same if not even harder than demo
I did not ecounter it but it is RNG after your respawn.
DEAD enemy ragdolls are still bugged as they reset their physics upong loading back or moving back to their area likely they restart something.
I did not notice any alive enemies glitch out with objects.
Game lack some quality of life like UI size scaler so that 100% needs a patch.
Enemies spawn from hidden elevators amount/speed very likely depends on combat difficulty.I never seen any spawns near healing station.
But spawn elevator can be very close to energy recharge stations.
Did not use melee much it is cluncky harder to use than in the enchanced edition.
