Restoration Bay - downsides ?
Are there any downsides of being resurrected at the Restoration Bay so that I should avoid it (by reloading a savegame and being more careful) ? Like for example loss of XP or items or whatever score ?

Or can I simply accept it as a part of the game similar to my enemies respawning as well.

Haven't noticed any, you just get a reduced HP. But if you spawn next to a healing station it's literally a non-issue.

On mission difficulty 1 and 2 its just a time waster so it's not a big deal but i still prefer a quickload over walking to where i died. On mission difficulty 3 it's...also a time waster, but you have 10 hours to finish the game XD

There are no downsides, you are free to keep respawning as much as you'd like. I prefer to rely on them instead of saves because it gives the game a more coherent flow. But it means you'll have to accept the occasional Dark Souls style trek if you die far from the nearest activated chamber.

There is no downsides, no penalty.
But if you have Mission difficulty set to 3, there is a time limit to finish the game, and if you die, you lose some of that, however, I don't know how much time you actually lose.
