Any shortcut to vaporize in one click?

I know there is a shortcut to take all or transfer all to other side. But i often need to vaporise bunch of items one by one, is there a way to do it quick?

I read somewhere that if your inventory is full and you pick up trash, it's instantly vaporised and turned into scrap, as long as you have scrap slot already in inventory, and that scrap slot hasn't hit 100 pieces which is the limit.

While playing, I havent paid attention to trhat to see if it's true. Will test it soon.

THIS is the ONE thing I think Nightdive should add. Dont care about objectives in a logbook or whatever or the textures.... Im tired of individually vaporizing everything. Its asinine. Heres hoping

i'd argue a mappable key, i'd probably assign it to middle click...

Are there ANY items which are both useable and can be vaporized?
Like, if you could toggle on 'Auto vape all junk on pickup' ... would you actually risk losing anything useful?

No, you'd only stand to lose out on extra credits from recycling the high value, low space items if you're nearby a recycler AND not too lazy to go do so.

E- Actually I guess you can vaporize uneaten food/drink, but meh. That would be simple enough to flag only vaporize the junk left after.

Honestly a toggle for the UI would be nice. Vaporize? Click click click. Toggle off.

A keybind to vaporize individual pieces would be SO convenient; additionally the ability to hold it down and vaporize all junk in your inventory.

What is REALLY weird is when you vaporize items to produce scrap, you can vaporize the scrap to delete it entirely... which is such an odd choice and a "vaporize all" option would be a detriment.

this was actually a feature in the original game (there was no scrap or money so junk items were completely useless).
