envirosuit v3?

anyone know how to get the envirosuit v3? I've been searching for it in engineering for ages but no luck.

I don't think there is such a thing. v2 already does protection from bio (v1 feature) and radiation. electrical hazards are already both rare and easy to avoid so i'm not sure what other hazards a v3 would even protect from.

you might be confusing it with the v3 energy shield, which is on engineering. If so that's in Gamma quadrant.

Originally there was a v3 of the enviro suit on lv7 engineering. It was just a straight upgrade from v2 with slightly better protection and lower energy usage. Not confirmed if its in the remake yet though.

There was a v3 envirosuit in the original so i just assumed it would be in the remake but I didn't end up needing it anyway as the v2 did just fine in the reactor core.

Just checked, and there doesn't seem to be a v3 enviro suit at all. Atleast it's not where the original used to be at. Which in lv 7 Gamma quadrant just after finding the v3 shield.

EDIT: And just got the achievement for maxing out all hardware. So can confirm that v2 is the highest enviro suit

Yeah, I maxed out when I went to maintenance to get the final code and picked up Abe's head, he always keeps the highest enviro suit in the game.

The v2 works as well as it can, so I guess they didn't feel the need to do that (even though they felt the need to make v3 boots, lul).

They seem to have removed purposeless upgrades. The enviro suit v2 adds on radiation protection, but the v3 was merely a small statistical upgrade.

In the boots' case there's a notable upgrade each time. First one only gives movement speed, v2 adds jets which are mostly for horizontal movement, v3 adds proper vertical movement too.
