Anyone Remember where the lost and found machine is?

I was a dumbass and picked up Abe's head early on in the game in maintenance, and then dropped it somewhere a while after thinking I wouldn't need it.

I remember there being a machine that would retrieve important items you dropped but I can't remember where it was. Anyone remember?

Perhaps it's the Garbage Chute in the Recycling Room near the elevator on the Reactor Level?

No luck sadly. Unless there is another one and they're location based. I'll keep looking around.

Never ended up finding it. Just ended up restarting. Thankfully this game is fun otherwise I definitely wouldn't be playing from the beginning again lmfao.

So for anyone wondering, don't make the same dumb mistake I did. The head doesn't seem like it shows up in the lost and found on the Reactor level if dropped.

I may have completely misinterpreted what the garbage chute does but isnt it supposed to retrieve items that have clipped through the map?

You are correct, yeah. My thought was that if I couldn't find the head where I thought I had dropped it then I would be able to find it in the garbage chute. But I must have dropped it somewhere else.

At first I also thought it was something that would retrieve dropped key items but now I know being able to drop key items is just part of the difficulty setting. So my own stupidity was what ended my run lol.
