I saw screenshot of the one on the flight deck posted on Reddit - it's a skull inside an old school diving helmet with an octopus tentacle wrapped around it. Pretty distinct. I have not had any luck finding it on the Medical deck though, and I thought I was pretty thorough.

You need flying jet boots for them (even V3, cause V2 is too weak for some of them), you wont reach them normal way.

Storage - Once you arrive head straight and take first right to arrive where the arrow is on this map. It is a small door near the ceiling and you can jump on boxes and use lvl2 boots to get to. (Can reach with lvl2 boots)

Engineering - This one was a pain, it is in a large vertical room and you have to boost up onto these support beams that house wires. Here is a screenshot, good luck.

For medical and research skulls you guys need Level 3 boots. Flight deck is manageble with level 2.

Yeah, its very makeshift at the moment but it seems the only other guide with it doesn't have nearly as many as I do.

And because you inspired me I loaded my game and found the security one -_- LOL
It was at the final bridge and I just figured I'd start at this spot rip. xD

Now I just need to rush and rebeat this boss and go to the bridge and refind that one to get the achievement before any other guide copies me so i can say I got them all first XD

You literally inspired me to load a save to go back xD
Got the achievement now. (: I guess I can clean up how the guide looks before I go and beat the game.
