Your advice would have worked, though, so thanks.
If I had only known Decoys were one time use one when I got one I would have saved it...
Yeah i'm stuck here now myself, trying to avoid these tracking ninja star things is obnoxious.
When you get to the room with those 6 big purple guys that throw the disc, you can hug the wall you cam in from. Just back up and for whatever reason you'll be outside of their range and you can pelt them from afar without them shooting you.
When you get into the room before they spawn in immediately start backing up till you are hitting the wall.
What I did was basically rush the shuriken shooting guys in the last room, stay up in their faces to make sure my shots connected and grab the health after a couple went down, then focus again. The bouncy things can really mess you up if you give them room to maneuver but I found that by getting up close I had less of a chance of getting hit than circle strafing.
Just hold the fire button down and focus one at a time, that's how I got it.
If it makes you feel any better that seems to be one of the hardest ones I've come across and I've done quite a lot after that one.
* You can shoot the stars they throw to repel them for a time.
* Juke the stars when they have momentum
It took me two tries on the hardest difficulty.
The second attempt I baited the projectiles to one side away from the enemies who shot them, then flew close to the enemies and destroyed them one by one.
And repeated that process a few times.
Still trying to find out if this is true. My first attempt I shot the objective and then died. Now that beam is no longer active when I reach that room (on Difficulty level 2).
Have I accomplished the goal? Is there any indication on the map or otherwise whether I have or have not accomplished it? The light ring on the panel behind the cyberspace device shows green but I am not sure if it was that color before I went in the first time. I have spent a large chunk of the morning on it an am getting extremely frustrated.
