Mouse Acceleration (?)
I can't tell if I'm going crazy, but I can't seem to get raw mouse input. If I turn my mouse ever so fast, the sensitivity jumps way faster than I'd like it to. Is there no way to turn off mouse accel or turn raw input on? Anyone else having this issue?

***UPDATE***
It seems that my sensitivity is actively lowering itself in 3 second intervals. It'll be normal, then switch to being slow, on and off.

I do not have a controller connected.
