People also say there's sort of? visual clues, but I'm not seeing it. Same texture, cursor doesn't change color over it, door is the same description as the normal model, etc. Literally just wall humping (and floor humping, not that I've found a floor one) it seems to me.
The only one I recall at the moment is on the first level in Medical. On the north side of the central hub/pillar, before entering Alpha where there's usually a laser gate if you haven't disabled it, check the corners around there, for those that haven't found a hidden floor yet. It's just a few items, nothing game changing, still just disappointing that most people will never know these exist unless they read forums/guides.
And here's the map for Medical of the 6 secrets I found there, marked by the in-game orange marker.

Most of them are and its a lot easier finding them once you know what to look for, but i found one on medical that was not behind one of these walls.
Here's the secret room in Medical that you get access to for having 0% security.
I'm trying to find a list online, but nobody seems to have them posted.
Found this in Research. In the little pit in the radiation room in from of where the isotope storage is.
Just a wall panel in a side of the pit with some explosives. Haven't found any other secrets on this level.
And sensaround V2 even highlights enemies, Use it in short bursts when about to round a bend or open a door for some early warning.
Even in the original, most people missed it because they forgot about it by then.
