Not as far as I'm aware. The remake also lean more on hidden doors than the original did, so old walkthroughs aren't sufficient here as a lot of this is new.

I haven't seen one yet. Hidden doors are not very common and they usually are identifiable by being mismatched compared to the textures next to them.

One really good way to find hidden doors is to use the Sensaround v3 module, which will indicate items on the minimap hiding behind hidden doors.

We have a whole other thread about this topic where we shared info of it: https://steamcommunity.com/app/482400/discussions/0/3833172326398560753/

There really aren't that many secret doors after Medical. Ignoring the ones I already posted screenshots of in the above thread:

Maintenance has one behind the retina scanner door.

Flight Deck has 1 you have to do to get 0 security.

I think Executive technically has 2 but 1 is nothing and another is push big button to a teleporter shortcut that an audio log tells you about.

I found a hidden door in Alpha Grove leading to a charge pylon, in the southeast building. Didn't find any in the other groves.

Engineering has one leading to charge pylon in the center with a patch or ammo, another with an enemy and some loot in in it, then another one which again is push-obvious-button to get a short cut. You get sensaround v3 in Engineering so you should be able to locate doors yourself from here (can't locate secret doors without items behind them, though). Memory's a bit hazy since Engineering is a literal maze.

Security again has 1 push big button to get a charge pylon and some ammo.
And I don't believe the Bridge has any.

Might do some screenshot maps of the ones I found. But for the most part the secrets are really just a little bit of ammo or another charge station.

Sense around V3 goes through walls so can be used to hunt secrets.

But yeah remake walls are MUCH harder to notice than in OG and remake has much much less hidden floors.

Some of the secrets are still roughly in the same place as in OG:
like the lvl 1 early magnum.

But yeah it would be nice if someone could make a guide on it for every lvl.

It's near the southwest-ish part of the map. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2989858724
I'm also pretty sure I missed marking a couple hidden doors on Engineering that just have enemy ambushes behind them but I'm too lazy to update my screenshot.

I'd say a good starting point is finding a guide for the original game. In my experience all the important doors I remembered ended up being brought over.

I have found another secret location that was not shown in the Medical level YT video above. In the central room if you are facing the sign that says "ALPHA" in the corner to the left between the two slopes click on the floor. It will open a hole in the ground that will lead to a pistol, some ammo, a red battery, and a reflex patch.

Also, interestingly enough, I cannot open the secret door with ammo behind it; The second to last one shown in the YT video above before the one with the Magnum in it. This makes me wonder if the lesser secrets (ex. ones that just have a simple room with a small amount of common items) might be slightly randomized per run?
