Getting all audio logs

Does it have to be all in one run?

I'm pretty sure I got almost all the logs except the hidden log. I found out where that log is, but i was already at a point of no return.

If i do another play through, will the achievement complete if I pick up that one log? Or do I have to grab ALL the logs in that second playthrough? anyone know?

It appears to be iffy. Like a lot of people said they started a new game after beating SHODAN, picked up an audio log and got the achievement.
In my case, I loaded a save to get an audio log I missed (the one inside a wall) and it immediately gave me the achievement despite obviously not being at the Bridge yet.

So it'll probably work?

The main issue with this achievement ATM is one of the audio logs is glitched into a wall in the elevator room on Security level.

Yeah I have been told that but it's still glitched and needs fixing.

yes, but how do you know which ones you are missing in the next playthrough?
