These levels are designed like a maze too, so combine that with the info above and see if that's something you want to put up with.
Audio Logs give big hints (if not straight out tell you) what to do.
You should just set the difficulty's to what you feel is right for you.
This made me laugh and cry at the same time.
I played original system shock when it came out and loved it and this remake version is equally challenging, so you need patience and use your head to put things together to know what to do next. I didnt find it hard but more like i had to challenge myself to go thru audiofiles and actually _listen_ to them :)
ps. person born in 1995 is not old.
game literally tells you what to do. you'll be fine. just note that you'll have to do some investigating, and put clues together by re-reading logs and emails, which is why i personally adore this game. i miss when video games respected the players intelligence.
I did get stuck a lot of times but at points like that I'd go through the audio logs and messages to see what I had to do or what I missing. It's true, the game does not have markers but you are not left in the dark to blindly figure things out.
I have a notepad on my desktop that I kept important information and codes stored in.
Trust me when I say if I can do it, you can do it!
I have mixed emotions to this as well. Only if I was so young, just wait until you reach near 40 and 50, lol.
Long version? Not dying is about paying attention to the environment and the enemies. Not running out of ammo is about paying attention to what each weapon says it does. Getting through the main objectives requires paying attention to audio logs. The game is largely about exploration, if you're observant of your surroundings you'll have an easy time, if not you'll struggle like some of the little kiddos running around these forums.
Also, born '95 makes you practically a newborn.
Notepad on desk,
Use the marker system software included on automap implant,
Use status software to inspect station situation,
Write anything you find cryptic or possibly informative in short notes on notepad.
I feel old though tbh lmao
-Write down the numbers from CPU stations in floor order.
-Item's junk - if credit value, drag to recyckle. If not, vaporize.
-If not (and it's not fired chip), keep it.
-Listen to the voicemails
-Explore every crook and canny.
-Learn basics of chess.
I am cool with that, I just wasn't sure if there was literally nothing to reference. Reading things to move forward is all good with me. Gives me a reason to actually read or listen to audio logs for once. Most games I just skip them lol
I feel like that daily
