Stuck at 2% in Storage. Locked door in Central

I've finished the antenna mission, trying to get everything to 0%, and storage is the only one left. I ran around several times, no extra cameras. I'm assuming something's behind this door in Central? (next to storage 5's entrance)

Also, that one door in the puzzle room is locked too, assuming it's connected to this? I probably missed something from another level?

They're probably connected but I can't remember for sure. But the door in your screenshot is done by going through the Storage 5 door to its right, and doing a gravity lift puzzle.

The last camera is behind the door the requires super low (but not 0) security to get access to.

I've finished that puzzle, but I was never able to get that door unlocked either. It's neither green nor yellow. It has nothing on the screen of the door, like it's disabled or something.
I went around the puzzle a buncha times switching things up and down, nothing.

Both of them load for me.
I was missing a terminal in the 2nd or 3rd floor? If you go to the west area of the room, and look south.

im stuck at 2% too, so near storage 5? im doing the levitator puzzle right i missed that part to get to the top
