Where can one find the Science Door card in the "Research" level

I am coming to a halt exploring the Research level because of the number of doors that require a Science access card to open. I have covered a lot of the level, but either I missed the card or I am looking in the wrong place. A little help would be appreciated.

Beta quadrant (East side of the level), there's a small room with an Elite Cyborg in it, he has the card on him.

I killed that cyborg some time ago, but did not search it. When I came back the killed cyborg has disappeared. By chance I found that a little hexagon shaped floor tile was blinking yellow, With a right-click I picked up the hidden science acces card. I believe the place was exactly where i killed that cyborg (for me in the left back of the area security room).

ive been to beta. there are 3 doors but only one is functional. ive killed all the robots in beta but none had the science card (i dont believe thats where it is). i believe its in system administration but i cant get in to where system administration is because the door in beta to that area is non functional. how do i get the door to work?

It is in admin access a cyborg drone has one and there is also a second keycard somewhere inside.

You likely need to turn on power.
There is a room with an energy recharge station which is also full of turret spawns.That place has 4 switches you need to turn them on to give power to certain doors.

All the beta quadrant doors are "non functional" any idea how to open them?

You gotta turn the power to beta quadrant on. Look for the 'robot hell' room with all the hoppers.
