But, in the event it really is bugged, it actually doesn't matter that much. You can just go through Alpha to get to the other side, giving you access to most it (all maybe, I can't remember if there's a button to turn on the bridge from Alpha side).
You can also just use a logic probe to bypass the puzzle, or continue on with the game and come back later when you get an upgrade that makes bridges optional.
Edit: The puzzle components are:
- Two or three wires in: Outputs the sum of the powers (adds)
- One wire in one out: Each output wire has the same power as the input (multiplies by two)
- Red dials: click these to change the direction of power
- Switches: Power on off through the switch (although some change power direction too)
- The plugs are one or two power each, you can see a little light or can point at the plug and the diagnostic text will tell you what it is
