Grove safety interlocks disabled, master control enabled individual jettison controls not working still?

pretty much same as the title. i went into each grove, switched the safety overrides.

i got the master jettison enabled (got the relay fixed for it)

i was able to go back and jettison beta grove but alpha and delta grove jettison controls wont let me interact.

im definitely missing something but i cant figure out what. ive looked through so many discussions trying to find it and it seems ive completed every step i need especially since i was able to jettison beta grove.

any advice? thanks in advance!

Disable Safety Interlocks for Alpha, Beta, Delta > Disable Master Safety Interlocks (failed) > Replace broken demodulator in Relay 428 > Disable Master Safety Interlocks > Jettison Beta

do i have to do something in engineering first? i did this exact order and yet i was only able to jettison beta grove, i got the achievement and everything for it too.
