how do i find the head if i lost it ?

how do i find it i used to have it but i threw it away because i thought its just something random

Searching with sensearound on might help locate it. Any idea about what point you might have dropped it? Or, at least, what level?

If you dropped it because you wanted to pick up a weapon or modification that you didn't have room for, think about where that might have been. A lot of weapons only appear in one or two areas in the game.

Possible locations where a weapon is found:

Skorpion: Storage (gravlift puzzle)
Grenade Launcher: Storage (Sec-1 bot fight, near security room with plastique
Assault Rifle: Multiple Locations on Flight Deck, likely after Cortex Reaver fight, probably on Executive as well
Railgun: Executive, top half
Pulse Rifle: Alpha Grove

For weapon mod kits, too many locations to list but you should be able to see those on the map. If you really just dropped it somewhere random, it's hard to say... you'll probably just have to methodically search for it.

It might also be worth checking the garbage chute on Reactor - found in the same room as the recycler.

man you are smart imma give you an award for that but yeah imma search those areas the problem is i have bad memory i can forget what i did 1 hour later but i have a question does the head appear on the map ? and if yes whats the icon and how do i use the sensearound ? i only activate it but i dont see any difference

When sensaround is active, icons will show up on the minimap based on what level your sensaround is. Keep an eye out for marks on the minimap.

I made it a habit to drop things in front of elevators or medical bed in reactor that way it’s always ez to find

The medical bed in Reactor is a bit of a hike to get to. My preferred storage location is the crates outside the freight elevator in Maintenance (or maybe Storage if you're afraid of the dark).

Dropping items in front of arbitrary elevators means you have to remember which elevator, and said elevator might not necessarily be quick to get to from wherever you may be. But, it does narrowly beat out dropping items in the elevator, which can result in 'luggage lost'.
