How to unlock doors in executive boss room?

After finishing the boss in there all the side doors are still manually locked. Is there some way to get them open?

I really think they should have standardized the text that shows when you encounter a door that will never open. Also, they should be properly updated on the map.

There are multiple doors throughout the game that still appear like they can open. Exec is especially bad, though.

I thought they might open because normally sealed doors will have a red light but these were yellow.
