System Shock came out in 1994, and no other games allowed you to do that.
Almost 30 years after, it remains the only game allowing you to do that.
;((((
Not me, but some people hate puzzles. I hate those sliding puzzles that are common in old school runescape clue scrolls.
if I had to do those without AI id slam my head against my desk.
Just give it a weird con like “overstimulation”, and make your vision or sounds incoherent afterwards for a short time.
So people who hate puzzles could use ingame credits/resource to make them easier.
Puzzle 1 could also have tons of genius patches or logic probes to buy so you can "skip"puzzles if you hate them or when replaying the game using credits.
Currently you can simply NOT disable robot production on the research lvl I think that can spawn up to 48 hoppers and 48 other"repair? bot(on combat 3) which can drop % logic probes.
So you can farm them there and obvioulsy the lvl can likely spawn some more as well especially on combat 3 which also has 20% loot bonus.
