Connection problems

I'm having problems with connecting to the anno 2070 server though my internet is working perfectly as it should. Anyone having the same issue?

I cant login to ubisoft connect. I get "connection lost" when I try. I have tried the troubleshooting on UBIsoft homepage. Tried yesterday and today. Is it a temporary problem?

i'm having the same issue, and i can't seem to play it or any other game

Are these still ongoing? And if so, is your issue in-game or just when attempting to boot Ubisoft Connect specifically?

If it's Ubisoft Connect itself, could you please give the steps in this guide[ubi.li] a try to ensure no data between your home network and Ubisoft servers are being blocked at all

I solved the problem with UBI soft connect. Turned out my proxy setting was "on". When I turned it off I could connect to UBIsoft connect!

Anno 2070 online mode doesnt work

Every time I launch Anno 2070 it tells me the connection is lost. I have also tried reinstalling the game.

Server Connection Issue

Hello everyone, I bought the game through Steam and cannot connect to the servers right now. Restarting my PC, logging out and logging back in and starting the game through Ubisoft Connect did not help. Is anyone else having this issue? Thank you in advance.

Same here! And same with my husband. We can't use any online features, including missions, coop and ark storage. :(
Problem persists since the 12th of May at least.
Any solutions?

Is anyone actually able to connect to the servers and launch the game normally, or did they silently revert the decision and disable online functionality?

I've reinstalled the game a few times, and restarted it multiple times and every time it's the same thing:
-10-15 seconds of loading screen
- ERROR popup in the center 'The connection to the server has been lost' while addon is activating in the background
- game remains in permanent offline mode

It's absolutely maddening. Personally, I'd be OK with not having access to multiplayer, but the game forcing offline mode disables access to Ark and other goodies.

I'm running 2070 directly from Ubisoft Connect, Windows 10.
I have a backup of my player profile, but just to make sure nothing is interfering, I've deleted all ANNO 2070-related folder from AppData/Roaming and My Documents.

It would be nice to at least be informed it's disabled, so people don't have to keep asking questions.
