Sorry for the delay and to see you've had issues signing in!
The ability to sign in shouldn't have anything to do with the OS version you're running.
We did have some services maintenance that may have impacted sign ins - this has since ended though and everything is up and running.
If you do continue to have issues though, please could you ensure you've completed our relevant troubleshooting steps[www.ubisoft.com]?

i'm very sure that now players from mainland china are very diffcult to play game online mode after Oct.1st ubisoft shut down the official server. the game can be offline mode only. please look at the screenshot below.
and my friend who from hongkong has no issue to be online mode.
maybe the update 3.0's new server ip or domain is blocked by mainland china's gfw? any possible change server ip or domain or something? please help us, thanks!

My game have suddenly offline as I was want to usually play it at a few mouth ago……
I was fought it was just a Technical issues so I wait for a long well no play with some kind of stupidity……
And now I open the game…… IT STILL OFFLINE OF THIS!!!
I really need a reply of this problem.
DID any one who have the same problem like me?
We will forward this to our Anno team to look into, as we can see there have been several Chinese players affected by this online/offline issue and we are unsure at the moment what is causing it.
Whilst we take the time to look into this issue, could you all please check the following >
1. Make sure to disable any VPN software you may have active before launching the game
2. Try our connectivity steps and port forwarding to see if they can help make a difference, or at least rule some out some possible causes >
