For Anno 2070, I suggest watching NanosuitNinja's "Beginners Guide" series. It explains the ins and out sof Anno 2070, so you'll understand what the gameplay is actually like.
There is tons of things
you need to manage. (trade route, production chain, which trade ship for which island).
Settlers 7 is RTS game for kids and teens , not City building.
it is short PvP game.
You have very small area to build something.
the concept is "Build quickly in your small area, and win the game."
there is so much to do
But to each their own... (and this is coming from someone who considers Anno 2070 one of their favourite games, so yeah >.> )
