Complete Edition missing Deep Ocean?

I bought the Complete Edition, but Steam says Deep Ocean is not in my library. According to the description Deep Ocean and all DLC is included in the Complete Edition. Steam correctly lists all the DLC as in my library, but not the Deep Ocean expansion.

Complete Edition. Strange its wasnt included. I submitted a suport ticket with Steam. Who knows how long that will take.

BTW, do you have other Bonus Content (posters, soundtrack...)?

Yep, I have the same issue. I also opened a support ticket with Steam. If they don't respong within 72 BUSINESS hours I will just uninstall the game and do a chargeback.

I would not recomend doing a chargback. Read Steams Terms of Service. They can/may cancel your Steam account if you issue a chargeback.

For what its worth Ive sent a support ticket before and they are usually pretty quick (24-48 hours) respond time. First time Ive had one during a holiday so it may take a bit longer. Its just DLC anyways, not like I cant play the main game until they get it sorted out.

Actually I dont. Didnt notice that till now. There is no "bonus content" folter in my Anno2070 folder on my PC.

Check if you bought Complete Edition for sure... If you bought Complete DLC Pack by mistake it's crappy... :(

I didnt buy the DLC pack. I didnt have anything before my purchase, now I have the main game and all DLC save for Deep Ocean and apparently the bonus content.

Sorry for opening this old thread.. bought complete edition on Saturday, finished campaign, now where/how to start the Deep Ocean?

Downloadable Content > Deep Ocean > Shows > Code Redeemed

But where is the launch file? not showing up in main Anno or mission screen.

Steam shows > Anno Complete Edition - Not Installed (Tick) - Added Saturday

Please help. :(

Deep Ocean is included in the main game. There is no separate exe. It adds the "Miracle in Danger" campaign/tutorial and three single missions (Environmental Warriors, The Future of Research, Monumentality). There is also an icon signifying whether a mission includes DO or not (the other missions don't).

And when you start a continuous game there is an option somewhere to activate DO or not

We all have it that it shows it isnt installed but it is. just ignore it not worth the time to complain about.

So for me when I bought the complete edition with all the dlc, it does show the DLC's in my library. I tried to do mutiplayer with a friend when I figured out that DO dlc was not showing, fixed it by de selecting all dlcs, starting the game, closing the game, starting with only the complete edition dlc after which a prompt came up that the installer needed more data, after which I restarted the game with the deep ocean dlc and it all worked!
