Bought deep ocean, not activating

So i bought the DLC during the big sale ( deep ocean ) and when i log into Uplay to start the game, going to the DLC area shows i have to buy the DLC to activate it. It is active in my DLC list on steam, yet the game did not register it as bought or something like that. Anyone else had the same issue?

I know the DLC downloads same time as game and such, but in game, all dlc content is non-existant. When i click the deep ocean dlc thingy in game it says unlock condition buy with steam.... errrrr i did it!!

Did you right click the game goto properties (in steam) and ensure all DLC boxes are checked?

I had the same problem, but I fixed it:
1.Go to ´my profile´ in the main menu of the game.
2.Go to bonus content
3.Click 'redeem code' and enter the code of the DLC/complete edition
The game will restart and will download your content!

Thats the problem i never received a DLC key, it only shows deep ocean as activated in the DLC list in the property thingy... Clicking view DLC only shows my anno 2070 key and nothing else ( wich was used when i first purchased anno 2070 years ago.

If it was click in the DLC thing try closing steam reopening it and then launch the game see if you can start with DO dlc. It just lets you build under water.

Sounds about right, UPLAY is awesome. At any rate does the Deep Oceans DLC show up in your steam dlc properties or on your receipt?

Yes it does as i bought only the deep Ocean dlc i already had the base game with the other dlc's, i see it everywhere on steam, just not in game.

In properties i see the deepocean as activated and isntalled ( stop asking me that question now please ). Everything on steam side IS fine, its just the game that doesnt activate it. Like my UPLAY account doesnt get flagged with *he bought the Deep Ocean give it to him already* flag.

Ok I just ran the game, Uplay server is down, what a surprize. Start a new game (I picked continueous.) Any difficulty and there should be a box in the center at the bottom that says something about Deep oceans right there, If you pick the game settings you can enable add ons. That may need to be checked. I hope that resolves your issue.

Thats if i want the DLC content in the current map... not the game, the game doesnt have the DLC activated. You know when you go to your game profile in the game and then DLC section or unlock section? i cant remember, well the big badi ass Deep ocean icon says i need to buy the DLC to have it active THAT is the problem, NOTHING ELSE is.... If there is other problem they are in direct relation to the fact the game DOES NOT REGISTER the DLC!!!!

UPLAY think i DID NOT BUY the game while i did! Guys please i know some of you are trying to help but throwing random information about the DLC.

Also just in case somebody else goes on and speak more about random ♥♥♥♥ ill add some more of it. You know where you can choose skirmish, continuous play etc etc, there is also a new campaign related to deep ocean wich did not appear! Because? UPLAY says i havent bought it, wich is a direct relation to Deep Ocean NOT ACTIVATING on my account... i cant think of anyway to be more clear than that!
