WAR IN THIS GAME IS B.S.

The A.I. Have magical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ super powers if they declare war early in the game and Leon Is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buggy that no game with him is worth playing!!! Seriously he will declare war if you start off on an island with a negative environmental influence. He will declare war is HE SINKS SOKOV'S OIL SHIPS and you dont clean it up fast enough..... LEON IS BUGGED

On top of that... he has top tier ships right out of the box... It is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ B.S. I seriously give zero ♥♥♥♥♥ what you fan boys are going to say in responce... LEON is a B.S. Bug

Umm... I have 70-plus hours into this game and I am still trying to just beat the campaign; I have never been able to get the "Wheat seeds' after completing my first "Glass factory" (I am very close right now).
Have you completed the campaign ever..? ...and defeated/re-booted F.A.T.H.E.R. to version 2.0? If not, then I would suggest that you Ace the campaign, first. Then, maybe you will have a better handle on the game-play mechanics of combat.

I agree, the AI is basically not there. All it does is interact with you and do stuff that make it look like it actually has an economy.

I'ts not that bad. Just build up defenses...although it's hard to select a good place in the campaigns.

i agree the combat in the game is BS but it is still fun sort of a flooded world combining simcity really and the near future
