i dont think this mod affects quests...i think this mod just adds a few features to the game....bigger islands/more islands on map/more comp players etc
Yea, It would be cool if they made it an addon cause then I wouldn't feel at risk but the upside is that it is completely free atm and that's pretty good as what they've done is great.
I went ahead and installed it anyway after waiting a few hours for a response.
If you want to install it you should try as it is really simple. Like you just downlaod the installer, tick a few boxes as to what extra things you would like like the coloured icons or large maps, choose your Anno 2070 folder, then it installs. I played a continuous game for an hour and it worked.
I also uninstalled it to see if it would affect original Anno 2070 and it didn't. It was really easy to uninstall (like there is an uninstaller and you click it and it's done in like 5 seconds). My game has returned to normal.
So yea, give it a go if you want too (might work, idk). I think you need deep ocean dlc.
Nordamark Line DLC is kool cus you can build the light house and make it night time or dusk or daytime.
I can't live without this mod, it adds so many QoL features like alternative production buildings for things that required specific spots like rivers which if you used them all on the map you were screwed and couldn't make your city any larger. Plane transport routes, oil/fusion power, ect. Everything about ARRC is amazing.
Edit: Also FYI, The mod creator said there would be one final version sometime soon before he moved on to 2205.
