Customer request for UBI-THORLOF
Greetings,

If possible, could u at least post a weekly update on the current server issue, regardless of progress ? Customers greatly appreciaye such frequent updates just to know the issue is still being adressed. Your "life-sign" dates from 23/04/2025 - and since then no communication. Thank you for your time and effort regarding this recurring issue that has plagued this game for many years.

I suggest to create ticket in ubisoft website or even ubisoft anno series discond, I don't think they would read old game steam forum anymore.

One or two read them (Ubi-Thorlof being an example), but I doubt they've given him any new information and he doesn't want to just keep saying the same "We're investigating" line without any real substance.

That is true. He force on new project on new game currently, as far as I am aware, they had other backup team to do this kind of thing or suppose to be.

They know better than to do things like this. If thoraroonie even cared ONE WHIT about his actual job instead of just the money he makes for it, he would of already have followed up on his words/promising...either that or he got Alzheimer's or something dramatic...like come on Uplay'd//UBIsofties, what is wrong with your going out of biz company? At least try and make the last few months or whatever your sinking ship has left in it better than the fiasco that led up to you actually losing all the faith of your stockholders & investors!

Like I've said before, just make sure to use this as a learning experience AND STOP BUYING UBISOFT GAMES if this is how they "support" them.
