DONT DELETE THE DISCUSSION UNTIL THE ISSUE IS FIXED

I had a discussion regarding the server issue and it was just deleted.

Please, until its not fix dont deleted it instead used it as a communication form.

Im really disappointed how things are handled and still the issue is present.

Until now sometimes it worked sometimes not but now I cant get in at all.

If I was a customer by some services providers there it should be fixed at least in 2 weeks. If this was WOW than it should been fixed within an hour!!!!

I know that this game is old and the manpower will be used elsewhere but so your fanbase will be more and more little.

Please fix the issue already and let the people enjoy until it lasts.

There's an issue with the server infrastructure which is out of our hands (as devs), but the responsible teams are investigating and working on a fix.
Hope to have an update next week.

Maybe, you can make the game with arche completley offline available?

It would help already massively if we JUST GET A BUTTON FOR THE GAME TO RETRY CONNECTING TO THE SERVER.
It's infuriating to close the game and then to reopen it only to get the failure message again.

It would be like insert the button if you lose your internet connection during a game. There it is also possible to reconnect without having to reopen my whole game.

If you can't fix the problem, try to make the problem disappear, i believe most of us would just love a button that makes it look for the server again. It would be a solution that also shows you guys care and if not deal with it completely help us with it.
