Map Editor?

Is there a map editor for this game? If not, how was this created?: http://anno2070.wikia.com/wiki/Continuous_Game#Deep_Ocean A custom map designed with infinite resources and the best island everywhere.
I did even DL it to see if it's legitimate. It is.

There are seeds for the maps, try to look for cool seeds on google and enter them in the options while creating the game.

Yes, I know that, but click my link. The thing you'll see at the top when it loads, is a custom made map. I want to know how it was made. I know its custom made because i highly doubt there is naturally a seed filled only with the best island and best underwater island, with no obstructions.

That person might be part of the Anno developers so he could have access to the pre-rendeered seeds dont really see the other way around it unless he was keep remaking the maps untill he got the best possible one.

Though, if the random generation algorithms are made right, that shouldn't ever happen, not even getting close to that. Also, if you do the replay map option, where you start over it, it becomes a different map.
