I'm also having connection problems. Today, nothing works. Yesterday, I was able to play online until late in the evening, but today, it doesn't work anymore. Changing the router settings (UPnP off/on) and restarting doesn't help either.

It's stuff like this that makes me really wish Ubisoft would just port their older Anno titles to the 1800 engine, or perhaps to the 117 engine. They take good enough care of the newer titles that I'm sure these issues wouldn't crop up for some time on ports of the older titles.

I wanted to start the game but it´s not possible now, because "Ubisoft connect" tells me that my "account is suspended". (So I don´t come to the main menu anymore, where I get my regulary connection-error-messages.)

My account is maybe 2 weeks old, and now it´s suspended for no fck reason????? I didn´t even play the game in the last days.

Are you serious?!

(I hope it is just random-Anno2070-server-nonsense, because I can automatically log in to "Ubisoft connect" by starting Anno 1503 history edition)

i just send the Ubisoft Support team an email and dont get an awnser, its really sad ..
But guys, just try to log in again and again and in my case, this works. It feels like a server that is full and you can only connect when someone closes the game. sounds odd i know

Yesterday it was working fine for me but today I have connection issue again.

Same Problem, get it again and again.
Killed my WLAN today and put the PC down.
Afterwards it worked once, it connected to the server.
Now i closed the game for like an hour or so.
I changed NOTHING but no worries my two new best friends the Error Messages of you can't connect to the server and the "sorry we don*t know what kind of problem this is" messages are back.

Really love this customer experience.
And for that you get out the game after nearly ten years.

Ubisoft is the biggest ♥♥♥♥ ever and the support is terrible too.

On the ubisoft discord they've acknowledged the issue, seems to be on the server sides. Today also I got a patch for anno, 442kb, so something seems to be happening

That was just the usual launcher patch. All the Ubi games got it.

It briefly worked for me last night; I was able to get access to my old info for the first time in a while. Today, of course, back to broke again. /sigh

It's beyond funny these guys think we want to keep purchasing their software. It's been years since I've bought an ubi-product, even though my account itself is apparently 12 years old. I don't plan to ever buy another ubisoft game again. It also pisses me off I have to reenter my account info every time I want to launch the game even though I'm already signed into Ubisoft Connect and can already see all my damn details there.

Nein, es gibt nur keinen Fix dafür, das Spiel ist tot, die Server abgeschaltet und die Notlösung von Bluebyte ist Mist, im Grunde müsste jemand eine Offline-Lösung für das Spiel schreiben, macht keiner ist zu teuer bzw. lohnt nicht, und wird von der Mehrheit der Spieler dann nicht installierbar sein können, weils am Notwendigen IT-Wissen mangelt. Tut mir leid, aber ja du bist nicht der Einzige den das ankotzt.

The Game is basically dead yes, without the Ark, the game is pratically useless, and most of the time you can't connect to the server to use the Ark. I am form Europe by the way, so the servers are around the corner, I use it directly over UBISOFT + have a CD-Key linked to my Acc and even then it doesn't work.
