cant find this to build at the academy
can any1 help me out here....im looking to build an "energy efficient cellulose registry" at the academy but i cannot find where i can build it...ive been looking for about 20 mins now (20 mins isnt long but lets face it, its a not a big research tree), any1 know which section i build it under

lots of the "recipies" in the academy are rewards or just random drops from doing the generic research projects. If its not in your list allready then you may need to do the repeatable research a number of times.
