Your Video Card Does Not Meet Minimum Requirements

I recently got a new laptop that is able to play games much better than my old one, however I am seeing this error I have never seen before. I have played this game for over 700 hours and never seen this error before, nor do I have any idea how to fix it - fixes I had to do for the black screens, and editing files with notepad, etc. Any help is appreciated, I actually do love this game~

You need to go to settigs and force select main VIDEO card in Win10\11 settings
I got the same at laptop unplugged to 220V bug
