Any idea on how to fix this?
I've taken note of your reports, and I'm sorry to hear that launch Issues prevent you from enjoying Might & Magic: Heroes VI !
I also wanted to thank Dante for sharing our article dedicated to launch Issues on Windows 10, which will help isolate the problem.
The thread has been moved to the Player Support section of the forum, to bring it the best possible visibility.
Don't hesitate to let us know if these steps helped, or if you have questions !

The only known work around that come to my mind. is that you open the game once,
close it, then launch it again in the Uplay app, the game will say "Update" instead and requires you to login. type in all your login info, and you should be connected to the servers and ready to go!
ps : launched the game and not even able to moove throught the map with the mouse , i mean ...
funny note: streaming the game on dc will actually stream the game and ther are visuals. just i the actual player cant see ♥♥♥♥ XD
would be nice if someone kould help me
1. Technical troubleshooting steps[ubi.li]
2. Delete the Download Cache on Steam[ubi.li]
3. Restart your PC and login to Steam. Once logged in, try to repair your storage folder as this can also help to resolve certain issues with game files that are damaged, missing or corrupted. On the Steam client, click on Settings >> Storage >> click on the 3 dots on the top right >> Repair Folder
4. Verify your game files[ubi.li]
5. Try running both Steam and Ubisoft Connect as an administrator[ubi.li]
6. Ensure that the game, Steam, and Ubisoft Connect are all installed on the same drive.
I'll be locking this thread due to its age. I hope these steps are able to help, if not then please create a new discussion explaining your issue and all of the steps you've already tried and I'll be happy to help! ☺️
