Black Screen

Since today I only get a black screen when I try to run the game. (after Win 10 update)
Did more of you have that problem?

Just remember to go to documents and add "windowed " every time before you start the game .
Works perfectly for me .

same issue, I was playing fine a few days ago. windows update broke the game.

ok, I seem to have found a fix. All credit goes to Sebastiak7 on the Ubisoft forum.

Go to Documents > The folder Might & Magic Heroes VI > Go to the folder named by your name or you username > Open the File "Profile Data" with your Notepad, and then you should change your settings about Fullscreen like that.

<gfx_Fullscreen2>Fullscreen</gfx_Fullscreen2>

To

<gfx_Fullscreen2>Windowed</gfx_Fullscreen2>

You should open on Windowed mode without crashing or staying in black screen.
CONFLUX is still down, however...

The windowed fix fixed it for me. Game launches and plays just fine in windowed mode, but any attempt at going fullscreen while in-game crashes the game.

*edit* So I found out I can actually go fullscreen, if I switch from 1920x1080 to 1680x1050 resolution.

I got "a thousand" hotkeys in my Profiledata which I never use - but I got nothing there for windowed Mode - Fullscreen mode or something about the resolution.

I ask me why I do not have this in my Profiledata?
