Bought Gold, can't play original game.

Went on U-Stink, put in gold code, pirates and danse both work, but it asks me to "unlock" or buy the base game. derp.

The code I got from steam is not accepted, as it has "already been used", probably by me when I installed the game.

So, what do I need to do here to get the base 'effn game to work?

5/4 Edit- My game works. I tried only two things: First restarted Steam. Second, I put in a support ticket with Ubi-sad. Others have said that did nothing to help, and so it probably won't do anything for you either. But, uhh good luck anyways.

5/7 Edit- Looks like it's working for everyone finally. Ridiculous it took that long. So ends the longest thread I've ever started @_@

Ditto, have gold but only DLC is available, no single player skirmish either. Basically looks like all I can do is the two DLC's. Pirates and Danse Macabre.

Same here, still waiting for the game to get fixed. I wonder how long it will be before it is fixed and WHEN it will actually work as it was supposed to be. This is little wonder as to why people actually end up pirating games instead of buying them!!!!! Who would actually want to spend money on this broken C*AP!

It's been over 12 hours and the issue still persists. Hopfully this will be fixed soon...

At this point I'm begining to consider asking for a refund. Lack of service for this long a duration seems a little extreme. Ubi simply has bad customer support and really needs to rethink their management. This seems to be their norm.

same here only have accsess to the 2 adventure packs not the main game if it is not fixed in 24 hours i will ask for a refund ive made a ticket with ubi

i bought deluxe version and campaign is greyed out BUT i can play the "free game" (roughly translation from german for the "stand alone" maps) and it is great fun to do this! i recommend u try this till ubisoft gets it´s job done...
btw reading how people RAGE here is great fun too^^ the winner from this side is this guy:
