destructing buildings
you can't destroy buildings in your town?

Why not? The idea is to continue building up every day (in-game) to reach the highest level.
It would be stupid to undo the successes you have achieved now.

the advanced teleporter is sometimes not usefull, same goes for the special buildings, sometimes later in game another is better
