General tip for Necro Campaign Map 2 is - don't lose any units. That's quite easy, hope you are using dark magic (if magic affinity build) alot like life drain, mass vampirism along with resurrecting your troops triggered by hero's soul reaver attack, right? It's really hard to lose on this map...
As for getting to Alton with out losing any troops I can't see how even with Mass Lifedrain and using the Necro faction skill how to never lose a single troop when you can to clear basically all fights up to Alton to be able to collect the resources for the 7 dragon alters which I hear there are 2 more of past him. I am able to lose very small numbers when I am unable to go with out losing at all and always bring back as much as I am able but even with what I thought was a good number with 70 ghouls and 45ish ranged Skellys and 13 Ghosts Alton leaves me almost always with to few troops to clear for the side quests.
Are you using Wait function in combat or you rushing foward getting your troops decimated?
Trick is: AI is very-very stupid, and it works great especially for Necropolis since AI likes to target one single stack of your army and doesn't spread too much, this way, you can use this stack as bait sustaining it with Life Drain + Necro race ability while your troops are mostly unharmes if you don't throw them to slaughter.
There other tricks about positioning and etc, game has very deep gameplay mechanics. I advice you to find some vids on youtube, maybe you will see where you fail and how to play this properly. Necro campaign is really easiest in this game, you won't be able to beat other campaigns if don't learn now.
As for your worthless help with Anton... I wait always till he moves first, always target the Radiant glorys with my Skellys, always try to postion in cover... So on and so on but if you can't explain how I can prevent him from EVERY TURN using GA whichs removes prevents you doing anything to his Spearmen and crossbow men since he seems able to use it one both them using the defend wait tactics that I seen told in Haven vidoes to allow mulitple GAs on the field.

Pretty lame combat but still good result. Anastasia has extended Ghoul movement trait, using it might prove useful, overall reading unit descriptions helps alot. I dunno how else I can help if video won't...
