ya the Humans, but all time favorite would be dwarfs if had them....disciples 1-2 :/
But then again that is my favorite faction to play as. If you want to know which is the strongest/best faction, that's a completely different point. In that case it would go like this: Necropolis > Haven > Sanctuary > Dungeon > Stronghold > Inferno.
My least favourite faction so far is probably Sanctuary. I'm still very new to this game, and I'm just not sure what to DO with Santuary units. They got all these byzantine abilites, but all seem so frail and and hit like their weapons are made of rolled-up newspapers. I'm sure that, once you know how to use them, they can be quite effective, but I haven't reached that level yet.
Which is probably why Stronghold is my second favourite faction. "Apply club to face" is a tactic that I can wrap my head around easily, making it easier to wing it.
@Kayeka
Two units create backbone of their army: Pearl Priestesses with best possible healing ability in game, you can basically put regen on any of your units (like Spring Spirit or Kensei) and tank inside enemy stacks not worrying about losses. And Kappa Shoyas being cheap core creatures with best distance attack killing enemies in radius and more importantly giving you insane initiative early game, so that insures your hero can act before enemy's which often results in few killed enemy stacks in the begining of the combat.
Playing as Dungeon right now, and I'm liking their units the best. Assassins, teleporting faceless, flying dragons and manticores, poisons everywhere, debuffs, and stealth are just fun!
The way you can organize kills to gain more necromancy powers for ressurection is fun and rewarding, and easier to calculate than other factions abilities.
And I find both might and magic heroes fun and rewarding to play with.
Another, more simple faction I also have had a lot of fun with is Tear Magic Stronghold. Taking some strong support spells and abilities to back up your very powerfull units makes for an army that can absorb huge amounts of punishment and deal it back just as easy.
