Tutorial Campaign Bug!

I have a problem at the second mission (Emperor's Will) from the tutorial campaign. One of the first goals is to develop our city to go through the first gate. However, i cannot upgrade the city because the button is missing (the icon is missing too)! I built everything from 1st stage but still there is no option to upgrade the city. Is there anyone else having this problem? I cannot continue the campaign because of this damn bug, pls help me!

I already reinstalled the game, but no success ;(

am I the only person with Gold edition and this bug? Need an advise pls!

i couldnt upgrade mine cause i needed more wood and i used th emarket place to buy it, you got to build all the building before it as well, i am pass that part but i might of have the bigger version i can look tomorrow if you still are stuck

As I recall this isn't a bug - the option to build the fortification only becomes available when you reach a certain point. The fact you know that this is what opens the gate suggests you have advanced knowledge - continue to clear out neutrals and collect stuff and the option will become available.

Wow im so stupid. Every time i killed the mobs in front of the stone mine i forgot to take it because i thought i already have it. Now the option to upgrade the city got available :)

i have killed all the monsters and collected all the resources but it still wont let me upgrade the city and yes every building has been captured and converted

Same here, it seems there is an actual bug.

Edit: It's not a bug, if you choose the wall upgrade before starting the scenario, the game won't let you complete the mission, you can't build the walls since they are already builded by the game

I have question about gold edition, it says that I get all expansions but I have only 1 dlc with Raelag? What should I do?

So the issue still here. What should I do to complete the broken quest? Is there any cheat to complete it or may I edit some game file to procceed with that problem?
