Launcher issue DiscardVirtualMemory" in libcef.dll

This is not game related but I have to ask, do you have an error "DiscardVirtualMemory" when launching Ubisoft Connect?
After recent launcher update, I can't use launcher anymore

I don't play Might & Magic: Heroes VI but I'm having the same issue with Ubisoft Connect.
entry point DiscardVirtualMemory not found in DLL KERNEL32.dll

Worked fine just late last night.

That is an operating system no longer supported error primarily. It happens in Windows 7 forward when some application goes out of date. Sorry, if using Windows 7, that completely ends for using most software which is still maintained after August at all and already happening along the way for many programs. Windows earlier than 10 cannot see the needed file because of its security.
