5th Dynasty triat re-locked?
Ok so I bought the gold edition years ago, unlocked all 5 dynasty traits and then just yesterday I decided I wanted all the dynasty weapons so I bought the complete edition and now magically my 5th dynasty trait is locked again. I've tried re-purchasing it (can't already bought) and I've tried activating all the cd-keys again to make sure all the content is unlocked (can't says cd-key is already activated)
Has anyone else ran into this problem? Any solutions? I could open a ticket with Ubi but I can just see it now...they'll take 3 days to respond and they'll say crap like "try re-installing everything one at a time"...sigh.

Same problem, after one match with 5 traits, my 5th is now locked again...
Can't find a solution yet.

Ok so I opened a ticket with Ubi and first they told me to check local files in the game via steam which did not work. Then they suggested the following wich actually did work in case someone else has this problem.

For this issue, you will need to try deleting the ownership file located in your Uplay install directory. To do this, you will need to close the Uplay Client and follow the steps below.

Navigate to the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

Delete all files located in this folder.

Note: If your Uplay client is set to offline mode, you will need to launch the Uplay client and game while connected in online mode for those files to be repopulated. You can then close the game and re-enable offline mode in Uplay if you so desire.

So this problem just appeared again for me (5th dynasty trait locked) after their last Conflux server maint and the fix didn't work this time. Anyone else have this problem after the maint and find a fix?

Same problem after latest Windows 10 update. 5th trait was unlocked before, is locked now. Tried the fix above, but no luck.

I've contacted Uplay support regarding this issue and they revoked the 5th trait slot and returned 40 Uplay points to my account so that I could unlock it again.

Also having this same issue, bought the oblivion staff dynasty weapon and the baby black dragon pet off of Uplay club rewards and they are not showing up in game. The hell is going on?

They had me do that too and it didn't work for me. Did it work for you?

What do you mean by "had you do that too"? I opened a ticket and the problem was resolved.

Ok so what happened to fix it beyond opening a ticket? Buying it again in Uplay? To clarify, I opened a ticket, they had me buy it again in Uplay, which didn't fix it for me and then I got ignored by their support.

Still have this same problem after going through the ticket bs, re-bought everything in Uplay and it's all still locked in game. Don't care about the pet or weapons just want that damn 5th trait slot.
Actually, I haven't tried to buy the reward again. But if the problem really persists as you describe then Ubisoft just hit the rock bottom in the terms of customer service. I'd rather spend those 40 points on another games now.

Ok so your 5th slot isn't unlocked. I guess I missunderstood. Conflux seems to be down yet again. Finding server status and/or scheduled maint on Ubis website is a real pain. Can't find it half the time.

Ssupport said that it is a problem on Ubisoft's end and they have a team looking into it. No idea when we'll see a fix, but at least they know it's a problem and are working on it.
The Ubisoft´s China Company give a patch to fix the problem in China. The Product Version ist 2.1.2. But on steam and Uplay it is always 2.1.1. WTF
