CANT LOG IN

I have keyed in my email and password to log in and I got an error message saying Uplay Launcher has stopped working....... Whats going on?

The Uplay launcher that you download with the game on steam is outdated. Go to the uplay website and download the latest version

My suggestion would be get a refund if under the 2 hour mark , whilst you can get Uplay to work its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.
If you really must try running in admin mode, and doing the same with the games executable

steam wont bcoz i have over an hour of use trying to log in and my bf brought it for me a while ago as a surprise, so now we are over the refund period

Try them anyhow, and put in the reason, what you have tried.
The window period is only a guide, they have been known to help when they can - worth a shot at least :)
If your wanting a game " like this " try tropico ( 4th is best atm imho )

i have asked for a refund and they told me NO i wrote a long long statement explaining everything that i tryed step by step and they still said no. i might just download the entire collection from torrent sites and a F U to both steam and uplay at least then i can crack the games with not much effort

Crap sorry about that, surprised at valves behavior tho, the true ♥♥♥♥♥ are Uplay / Ubisoft - i haven't brough t a game from them since crysis, and won't again until they drop " U-dont play "...
