The game also freezes frequently when runs beyond 60fps, so I had to cap the frame rate to 60fps using Nvidia Control Panel. So far it seems to be working.
But it was really frustrating to troubleshoot this game to run on modern PC. A patch to fix these issues would be great.
Nevertheless, thanks Borealis for responding to such an old game.
I'm glad to hear that the game is launching and working now.
With older titles you can run into issues when running it with newer software or Operating Systems. Unfortunately it's unlikely that this version of the game will get an update, as the History Edition is where the focus for these kind of issues would be.

I am STILL unable to plat the Settlers 7. Most of the Maps in Map Forge are locked because the DLC that I bought AND PAID FOR is unavailable due to server issues?? Are you going to (a) Fix it
or (b) give me my money back as I can no longer play the game I paid for.

Thanks for absolutely nothing. I CANNOT play skirmish missions because that feature is UNAVAILABLE IN OFFLINE MODE. It is one of those features UBI block , nor do I have any of my "Unlocked " Rewards available. I can play a mission, just one, then it locks up looking for the server. It also becomes unplayable when it tries to access the online server for saved games, and trying to load "Medals" If it can't access the server the screen freezes, sometime this happens Every time I use a trading post. You need to FIX THIS NOW. as, basically, you are talking rubbish if you say the game can be played offline.

As informed previously, the online services for The Settlers 7 has been discontinued. However, you should be able to play in offline mode and access solo features for the game. Connectivity troubleshooting in this case would not help as the online services have retired.

I was able to add images using Google Chrome. It seems nothing about Ubi is simple or uncomplicated.

I read those articles and set port forwarding, cleared DNS etc and STILL cannot play the Settlers 7. I cannot take ingame screen shots but havetaken 2 images of my screen I have tried to attach images (jpg) to this document but it won't do it

I understand that Settlers 7 has retired online, but should be able to play offline.

It seems that I am unable to again connect and play my The Settlers 7, contrary to your previous communications. As this is a game for which I paid good money for I want to be able access it and play when I choose. Please fix this.

what universe does a Browser have ANYTHING to do with this game??? The very least you people could do is READ a request for help accurately.

I have been unable to acess my The Settlers 7 game. I have recently regained access and find the Enormous Advantage, Castle Accessories and Crushed Mirror Map are Locked, and I cannot use them, despite owning them. The game says to open Ubiclub to access them but this only gives me a blank screen.
Even the history version i bought from the ubisoft store wont work for the same reason neither will the disk version i bought years ago.
ive got all the original settlers game on disk. none of them work now cause they need to update the launcher which is offline. so rebought them on steam. no longer working. rebought them again from ubisoft store. not working. all cause they need the ubisoft launcher to update but it cant get the update.

To update the Ubisoft Connect client, could you please give the following steps a try;
- Download[ubisoftconnect.com] the latest version of the Ubisoft Connect PC client.
- Install[ubi.li] the new version into the same directory as the original.
Please ensure the Ubisoft Connect PC client has been completely closed before attempting the above.

I am french and I can't launch the game and I have tried these PC troubleshooting steps?[www.ubisoft.com].
I update my ubisoft launcher and the graphic's drivers. I have win 10. The ubisoft launcher can't connect to the internet.
When I try to install the game from the ubosift launcher, I have the following message : "« Une erreur est survenue lors du traitement de votre requête :
Cet article n'est pas disponible actuellement dans votre pays/région. »
It can be translated by "An error occurred while processing your request:
This item is not currently available in your country / region."
When I try from steam, the game is installed but when I launch the game from steam, it open the ubisoft launcher and I have this message : "Impossible de télécharger les fichiers de jeu Ubisoft Connect."
It can be translated by " Unable to download Ubisoft Connect game files."
I don't undestand where the problem is because I have checked the integrity of the files with steam and it's ok. Why Ubisoft launcher can't see that the game is already installed ?
Can you help me please ?
