Can you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? Having the two step authenticator activated should not cause the error you were receiving.
With regards to your rewards for Settlers 7, I can confirm that this is a known issue and is being investigated.

Just tested it, and the 2factor seems no longer to be an issue, however, now I have to relogin to play this title, even if Ubisoftclient is open and I'm logged in there.

This single game seems to need a relogin, non of the other games require that.

Just to let you know, we are already aware of this actually and are looking into why some players are being met with this error and we hope to find a solution soon. As a workaround, you can try adding your PC as a trusted device following these steps:

If you already have it set as a trusted device, remove it, log out of Ubisoft Connect, then re-add it as a trusted device and log back in. This workaround has been reported to work for some players.
The error appears to only affect players who have 2-Step Verification enabled, however we do not recommend disabling it.

Tried the untrust and retrust workaround, still asking for a relogin when I start this game, even if I have the UBIClient running and is logged in.
The UBIClient used to know when the game was installed, that it does not anymore, it just shows a "download" button instead of a "Play" button, and if I push the download button I get reallocated to this error page https://store.steampowered.com/app/48120/ in the SteamClient
Glad to hear that it's being looked at.
I cant even get the disk versions of the games to run for the same reason.
