settlers 7 screen resolution

Although the video card driver is up to date, I can not run settlers 7 games at 1920x1080 resolution. Moreover, the game image quality is getting worse every time I try. I have the windoes 10 operating system and amd h 8730 m graphics card. You could help. thank you.

Probably too late but if anyone else runs into the issue: You have to manually set the resolution in the games options.ini in documents.

Thank you for your interest in the subject. On the contrary, I saw a new message and I solved the problem on the recommendation. Thank you again. But I did not understand the event before the game on the same computer, and I never encountered this problem, it is really strange situation.

im having the same problem but cant find this folder in the documents of the game.... everytime i change the resolution to anything it just wont comply

First open the game without doing anything and then open any map and save and exit the game without changing the game. Then I guess you'll find a file with the game name in the documentation section on the desktop.

And make sure you change the options.ini file property to Read-Only...

Yes I was having this issue too, used to be fine, but then screen just goes all funky when trying to adjust to 1920 x 1080. After it fudges up it seems to insist on 1440 x 1050 in 4:3 aspect ratio. But editing the Option file and manually changing fixed it. :)

same problem here, will try the fix and see how that goes.

well that worked, but then it didnt, game crashed when it tried to edit options.ini which was marked as readonly. will try it not read only.

it's a shame that ubi didn't manage this on this top product.
what a hype was this on release, and now you can't adjust the resolution properly?
shame crap!
