Lori M? (The character who gets taken)
Leave now cause this is I guess a spoiler...


Anyway you know the first chartacter you see who gets taken near the statue on halloween. I'm doing my 2nd playthrough now and realised when you go to the statue she's there and says her name is Lori M. Is there any facts about her besides that she was a deadbeat child who got taken and murdered cause she commited nothing to the society (that's what the cult ppl basically say to justify taking young adults and younger who did nothing to the town)

The person taken by the cult member was not Lori Meyers. When you walk through Possum Springs for the first time, she'll sit neae the statue. Every other day, she's chilling out on the roofs above the Ol' Pickaxe. You can reach her after the party, and every day after that. You get an achievement for hanging out with her often. Plus, her theme song is one of the best tracks in the game, in my opinion.

The person who gets taken is a bear. You never learn their name or identity, really.

But yeah, it's not Lori.

They're referenced by the teens in the towns canal if you talk to them day by day. One says he has an internet friend he was ment to meet after Harfest but never found them and they haven't been online or home. It was a kid from out of town and from a bad area so it fits into the "we take useless people" thing.
